A little about my flock first: I have 2 coops. 1 with 14 hens. And another that I used as a brooder to raise 8 keets and 12 chickens. Only 1 young roo in New flock. They are 12+ weeks and have been free ranging with the rest of my flock for a couple weeks now.

so earlier this week I went to let my flock out and noticed a young guinea hen in the coop with what looked to be a broken neck. She was unable to stand or move much. I culled her so she wouldn't suffer.

This morning I go to let my flock out and see a young guinea in corner under 2nd coop with severely broken wing and leg. Blood and feathers scattered. She was culled to stop her suffering. (A couple other young hens and guineas didn't go home and roosted in run that my roommate missed so she wasn't in the safety of the coop)

Could this be another bird attacking but not killing? Like I said I have no adult roo or breeding guineas. I see no problems during the day with any of of flock. They mingle at at water and otherwise keep to their separate groups. The fact that neither were dead but severely injured leads me to believe that it isn't my fox back again. Only other though for second bird was my barn cat? But she has never shown any interest in harming birds before.

Where are you located?

I would suggest the game camera as well. That is how we discovered what was harming our guineas. For us it was racoons. They were reaching in through a very small gap.
