2-week old broiler chick laying on side with leg curled

I was nudging this guy out of the way to pick up some poop, and he did not protest at all. I had to physically pick him up, but whenever I set him down, he just flopped back on his side with his leg curled, and did not jump up when other chicks were running over him. I picked him up completely and he did not protest, just stuck one wing out for a moment. I set him back down and he did the thing on his side again.

How hot is the brooder? Diet?

85-95 F and it is fed on Dumor start to finish 24% broiler feed

Also I gently kind of pulled its leg out to test it, you know? And it chirped so it definitely is the leg hurting, sprained or something
