22 hours since pip no progress

I have 1 egg that cracked shell so theres a pip but there is no hole.The egg held together. It's been 22 hours and I need to know if it's time to help or just wait. Tiny piece of shell fell offlast night where it cracked it yesterday morning. Membrane is white not tan.
I hear peeping but I think it's coming from another egg that pipped 10 hours ago
The one that pipped 10 hours ago is beginning to unzip I'd hate to not help the first one if it needs it

Eggs can take up to 48 hours after pipping to hatch. Typically, they start to unzip after 24 hours. I would wait for now.

Also, are you hatching chicken, duck, turkey? What's your temp and humidity?
If you have had any periods of unstable humidity during incubation, it may lead to a delayed hatch.

Ok I'm just concerned because I'm really sure there's no peeping and the other one is cracking it's way
Humidity is 65
Temp is 100.2

OMG this little guy just started working on it's hole. I stayed up all night watching it with no progress finally decided to make a thread against my instinct.
Then 1 minute later it woke up and stuck it's beak out lol

It's very common for my pips to wait 24 ish hours before unzipping.

I would NOT help, especially right now... you risk ALL other hatchers in the bator.

After they pip I think they are still absorbing their yolk and stuff.

Only time I would consider helping is they are almost completely out already. Other wise... it never has ended well for me so far. even then, I breed for vigor and quality... a chick that can't hatch is weak for one reason or another.

It's hard, but I just walk away and then usually come back to little cutie.
