3 feet tall rooster breed?

I have a keen Interest in having a 3 feet tall rooster breed and i'm from india.

So how can i get these breed. Please help me to have one of the Tallest bird.

As an added note: Does anyone in the Northeast Mississippi/Northwest Alabama/Central Tennessee area have any of these or the Saipan for sale? I am interested in obtaining some, but do not really care to buy from anyone who fights them. (I don't want "fightin' birds). I realize that they are "Gamey", but I don't want to buy a bird that has been fought.

Saipans are not fought. They are not game chickens

Shamos and Malays are sold here, at Ideal Poultry. I plan to get some of these sometime.

You will be just wasting your time and money. Ideal Poultry does not have anything that remotely resembles a Shamo or Malay regardless of what they call them.

Hey guys I was wondering of you could help me.
From a child I have always wanted to have really really tall chickens what is the tallest breed of chickens

Curiosity strikes again....

I should say right up front that my chickens are pets so I totally get the keeping them just for the fun of it thing.  AND I love anything that is unusual or just a little bit 'off'.  But, I've got to ask - what was this breed developed for?  Just for unusual looks?  It seems like there is a LOT of 'un-usable' bird there if it was a meat breed. 
Sorry to get off topic but sometimes I just have to ask.....

with this hen she was sold at auction as shamo but I think she's malay or mostly malay.

I hope to get offspring that look like this but smaller
