I would appreciate some opinions on the sexes of these chicks! These three all came from Tractor Supply and were labeled as straight run Black Sex-links. I researched online and found that the female chicks will hatch as fully black, while the males have white spots/coloring on their heads. All these chicks have white spotting. They are approximately 1 week or 1 week and a half old (assumption). The only reason I am asking for the sexes of chicks this young is because they are said to present their sex through their coloring at hatching.
I am sure that these three are boys, but I would love some confirmation/input from the community.
The first three pictures are of Pebbles, the next two pictures are of a currently unnamed chick, and the last two pictures are of Domino. (I apologize for the lack of head pictures for the second chick; he/she indeed has a white spot. He/she was NOT happy to be away from the other chicks, so I took pictures quick).
Even if these babies are boys, I plan to keep them ❤️

It seems strange to me that a store would get in straight run sex link chicks, as this is exactly what you would expect to happen!
Times are kinda tough so I'm guessing the hatcheries are sending whatever they have. But yeah, sex linked chicks are probably not the best idea as most people are in the know and if they aren't then they'll be quite upset when they find out the 20 straight run chicks they bought are actually all the left over cockerels!

Yes I would say they are boys, it is likely someone else already picked through the bin and took all the pullets.
Thank you for your comment! I actually had the first pick of chicks! The store employee actually picked the chicks before I had the chance too, so it was a suprise!

I expected to get boys due to the reputation of store-bought chicks. It sounds like a very clever way for breeders and hatcheries to get rid of male chicks!
