4 hens a month in 1/4 is laying. Help?

I have 2 brown leghorns 1 is laying. 2 ameracanas who are not laying. They are roughly a year old and were laying before I got them. The 3 non layers hang out in the run but don’t seem to go into the coop. The egg layer will go into the coop to lay. All 4 sleep in the coop. I recently added ceramic eggs. These are my first chickens so I am clueless. Should I stay patient? any tips or ideas. Thanks!

As far as I know yes. Bought them from a man last week of January. He said they were all laying.

They may just be adjusting. Hens also usually slow down in winter, especially if they aren’t getting much sun.
