9 month old pullet very weak, not eating or drinking

She was fine two days ago.
I think that she rather appeared to be fine, but she definitely was not as emaciation does not occur in the matter of two days.

You can build the habit of checking all your birds once a week in the evening, picking them from the roost to feel their body, their weight, inspect for lice/mites and injuries, look at their feet including soles, listen to their breathing etc.
This way you will always be up to date and notice immediately anything amiss, and with only seven birds it is easy to do while at the same time giving you peace of mind.

I agree with @LaFleche that the eye is suspicious of possible ocular Marek's. Compare the colored part of the eye with her other one. Is the color of the right eye muddy? As the ocular tumors grow, the pupil shrinks and becomes small and very irregular.

Marek's is lethal and this hen will likely die. When that happens, you can get a necropsy from a state lab to confirm Marek's. It's important to know if you have it in your flock.

Here is contact info to ask for more information about ocular Marek's and to find where a lab closest to you is. https://agri.ohio.gov/home/contact-ushttps://agri.ohio.gov/home/contact-us
Clicked the link and it doesn't work

Thanks. I went out and took more pictures of eyes. The first pictures are of Peggy, the original bird in question. The next pictures are of Banana Split, the only other bird I could catch right now. Peggy does seem blind in her right eye, I was able to almost touch her eye and she never flinched. She also ran into the back of the dog cage I have her in, ran into it like she couldn't see it. All my other birds seem like they can see good. Does Peggy's right eye seem muddy? I don't know what I'm looking for

It's hard to tell from the photos if the color is muddy. By "muddy" I mean the color looks like there's a film of dirt over it, muting the color. As the ocular tumors grow, the color dims to grey.

Yes, it's possible for your cockatiel to get Marek's but not likely.
