A bag Full of Bielefelder questions!

Here are the 4 hens, also 11 weeks old, from the same batch of eggs. We love them all they are such sweet girls. Thoughts on any of these? TIA!

I took some pictures today of the 3 roosters from skywalker on eBay. They are 11 weeks old. The green one is the boss of the others but not aggressive. He’s the friendliest as well with people, will fall asleep in your lap. So hoping he’s the best looker? What do you all think? You won’t offend me at all I am still learning and want to keep the best of my options here 😊

I like the one that has more red in the chest area, but that's just me.

I know there are several hyped up dual purpose breeds currently float around all the homestead channels on YouTube, intsa, Etc. So to do a little investigating of my own i got my hands on a small flock of Bielefelder's from a hatchery that shall remain nameless. I know hatchery birds are not a shining example of their breeds, but skimming through discussion pages here I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on the brood stock here in the US. I currently have around a half dozen hens and one Roo Bielefelder. I'd give my rooster a B- in overall shape body size weight Etc (A+ for personality), but my hens would all score a C- /D+ when it comes to bodyweight, carcass characteristics, Keels, hips and egg production. They are being out laid by my much heavier Delaware's.

Okay finally, here is my question. Does anyone have a good source for genetics? Has anyone have success in getting these birds to the German standard? I'm committed to finding the best genes I can, so I can finally have that big beefy Auto sexing chicken they should be.
I have 20 Bielefelder hens and 2 roosters. I got the roosters last year for new genetics. I love the breed and have had them for 4 years. Last year I had 9 broody hens. I'm located in Colorado, where are you? My roo named W is larger then Henry. Both are beautiful and gentle. W prefers to eat out of my hand and not the ground or bowl. They both take good care of the ladies. I am not acquainted with the German standard but my hens are 8-10 # and roos 10-12#. I've been thinking of only using one roos. If you're interested let me know.

Awesome! I'm located in eastern AZ in safford. I'm not able to add any birds till this fall but I'm DEFINITELY interested in birds, chicks, or hatching eggs preferably hatching eggs this October.

If you're selling hatching eggs, I'd be interested. I have some Bielefelder chicks on order from McMurray later this spring, but have been a bit worried about ending up with smaller birds. It sounds like you've got some good (large) Bielefelder genetics that I'd love to add to the flock.
