look at him look at you in the chair....ha ha ha...poor bird. That will teach him about flying to low into buildings.

You have to have permits and license etc... to keep raptors...God help you if you get caught with a caged WILD raptor.....ESPECIALLY if you don't know enough to tell if it's on the "Protected" list. Bad news....Let him go as soon as possible.

Don't worry Seismic, he's not here in a cage or something. First I am a rehabilitator for some animals, but owls are not my specialty so he was picked up by a raptor caretaker for the Chihuahuan Desert Wildlife Rescue until he can be released back where he belongs.
