A dog attacked my Tom

Hey everyone I need help a dog attacked my Tom and he has a spot under his wing that seems pretty bad but I have hope will heal but I don’t know if he has a problem with his neck. If I stretch his neck he shows no signs of discomfort but he has his neck scrunched in and it’s like he’s breathing through his neck like when he breaths his lower portion blows up like a balloon. Could his neck be broken?

This is being caused by an air sac leak. If it stays expanded, you can lance it to let the air out.

Since he already has an injury, you may want to give him antibiotics.
