Hi all, I’m new to the group. So I hope I’m posting in the right place. We accidentally mixed medicated feed with our normal layer feed. We have 14 laying hens. Is it still OK to eat the eggs? The brand is
Medicated Nutrena (nature wise) chick starter grower feed.

Hi thanks for the response. The brand was actually Medicated Nutrena (nature wise) chick starter grower feed.

Yes, it's fine to use and won't affect the eggs. I put the whole flock on medicated chick starter every spring when I have broodies hatching and raising chicks with the flock, because I don't want to have to separate who eats what. I just always have calcium on the side for the layers, and they do fine.
