I feed crows, have for years. I have a tree stump in the yard that I put meat scraps to leftovers to bread. They take a fly through every morning to check for treats. They seem to be always watching because sometimes I barely get back in the house after treating them and there already coming.

If you treat chickens like weak, sickly flowers without immune systems you'll get exactly that

I have wild birds of all types hanging freely with and around my chickens with absolutely zero issues. I've been doing this for years now and my flock is in superb health

Interesting. Can you explain why professional flocks spend so much on bio security if it isn't needed? Or why California was massacring tens of thousands of backyard chickens not too many years ago?

This sort of lines up with the fundamentalist parents that refuse medicine and transfusions claiming it is up to God if a child lives or dies. Maintaining health so the hen has a healthy immune system is one thing, ignoring science and decades of poultry raising best practices is another.

Governments have also massacred hundreds of millions of humans. They don't exactly have a good track record when it comes to ordering deaths

It's obviously a failed operation to begin with given that they ever found mass murder as a solution to a problem they created

But to be sure I understand your point of view, the government of California created the mass murder, of chickens I suppose, as a solution to some sort of problem the government of California created?

Are you saying the government of California created the bird flu that was devastating the commercial flocks?

Not a Californian, so could you educate me of the other incidents where California massacred humans? We are so sheltered and closed minded here in Oklahoma so forgive my ignorance on the topic.
