This little sweetie (Watermelon) has a chest that is sticking out this morning... my son caught her and held as i looked her over. I'm not seeing anything but a very squishy chest. So my question is if her crop is filled with yuck, would it be squishy or more solid feeling? Could there be an abcess in there? Should I separate her and only give warm water for a bit? It's my son's bird, so hoping it's not too late.

Is she eating and drinking? What does her poop look like? Does she empty her crop fully at night? Is it hot where you live (may have just drank a lot of water)? Is she lethargic?

Tomorrow morning you need to go feel her crop before she eats or drinks anything. Sour crop or impacted crop are normally hard balls in the crop. You may just be over reacting, but it is always a good idea to ask.

Not sure on eating... i have seen her drink, she was not really wanting to move around, when i massaged it some it started to empty and she perked up some. I live in Texas... it's about 90 outside right now. It's been pouring for two days and I have been rushing through feeding them so not sure when it started. I hope i am overreacting... :gig

I'll definitely check her over in the morning to double check her.

Yes. Today it's bloated back up again, my son picked her up and she threw up without us doing anything but press very gentle on chest.
I'm starting to wonder if she ate some long grass or feathers and it might be stuck... she's just laying around and no longer wandering. :(
Can you cage her for the day with water only?
Does her breath smell sour?
Photos of her poop?
Does she have access to grit (crushed granite)?

Is the crop soft, fluid/air filled, doughy, hard, etc.?
She may have eaten grass or feathers and it's impacted, I would be careful massaging the crop so she doesn't aspirate fluids, but getting a good feel of that to determine if there's a hard mass in there is a good idea.
I usually start out by giving a little coconut oil, knead the crop and let them have water only. Refrigerate the oil to harden it, then cut into bite size pieces, they will usually eat that right up.

So the crop felt like a water balloon, we had her in a small dog crate with only water. We added a half teaspoon of ACV to the water. My son went to check on her and when he went to pick her up she threw up all over him. I looked at it and it looked tanish colored with food bits and lastly two big pieces of grass!
I was worried that she might get worse with the throwing up but it looks like her crop went down some.
Her poop looks normal, and one of the reasons why I didn't notice right away something was up. It's a heat index of 105F today so everyone is hot, miserable, and has runny poo, not helping with me worrying over everyone!
I have a sand floor but i do have grit! I'll make sure to put some out for her and the others, just in case.
I'll try to get some photos!

I got a quick photo before the storm, she was up walking around a bit... that's a good sign right?

I haven't cleaned today, which I'm glad right now since I needed poop pics, it looks normal, maybe a little dehydrated?
