You might try torpedo feeding, which is basically making little bites made with chicken crumble feed, egg, and just enough water to make it stick together. Place each little bite into her beak to swallow. Dip her beak into some water often, and give Poultry NutriDrench or a similar vitamin electrolyte for a few days. The sulfa antibiotics are usually the ones used for secondary infections, which may include E.coli. Your vet may be of help to suggest one. Enrofloxacin, which is actually banned for chickens, is one many use for some things. But using too many antibiotics can be harmful.
