Re: buff chicks. Just of the top of my head for standard breeds, buff exists in Leghorns, Plymouth Rocks, Orpingtons, Wyandottes, Cochins, Brahmas (is buff colombian), and a slew of hybrids. If you consider wheaten a type of buff, you also get Marans. New Hampshire are half-way between buff and red.... many of those breeds have bantam equivalents. Then there's all the bantam exclusive breeds. So....a great excuse to spend time with the babies and do a photo shoot.

Okay, so has anybody ever heard of a two week old chick squatting 😳
My little chocolate Silkie.. Snickers did it the other day and I was like “nahhhh” but then did it again today! Fa real yall! I do not make these things up!
Last year one of my baby roos started crowing at 6 weeks! Like what are they putting in the food! 😱😄
