Little Miss hatched all six of the eggs she was sitting on. Even the one that was two days late.

I just set 40 OEGB eggs tonight. Colors consisting of ; Lemon blue/Brown red, Blue red, BB red, Black, White, BB golden, Silver duckwing, and my cross colors.

Hoping for a good hatch rate on them!

I also have 3 white, 3 black, 1 Lemon blue/Brown red, and 4 cross colors hatching in about a week.

Not sure if I mentioned it here, but I might have an opportunity to get 2 trios of Junior Jenkins bloodline whites!
They'd be coming from a breeder friend of mine that might not want to breed whites anymore.
He's giving me an amazing price as well, $250 for 2 trios if all goes to plan.

If y'all saw my YouTube videos, I dubbed 3 roosters almost 2 weeks ago. They're all looking great! Their scabs are all starting to fall off now.

Also, does anyone have tips on making my hens lay? I still have 3 or 4 pairs that aren't laying - and I NEED them to. Any tips??

Duckwings golden and blue golden. Got one blue out of it. Funny note my one crested Phoenix cross has decided to co mother with her and she let her. Lol.

Also, does anyone have tips on making my hens lay? I still have 3 or 4 pairs that aren't laying - and I NEED them to. Any tips??

All of mine are laying now but we are in the 80s temp wise. Plus I don't have them in small coops they are in with the Phoenix and free range every day.

Not sure what to really do for the ones cooped. Maybe provide a dark enclosed space for laying. All my hen want a cave to lay in.

You could try mixing some coconut oil in with their food I’ve seen it improve laying so maybe it would get them to start.

I’ve also got some OEGB eggs set due to hatch the 18th. Fawn/khaki silver duckwings and some lavenders. I also may be able to get some nice cerle or black OEGB
