And guesses on genders? And breed for one of them?

Okay, a couple things. In the group picture of these four 3 1/2 week old chicks, you can see that the widest one is noticeably larger than the rest though they’re the same age. Is she a cockerel or is she just growing faster than the rest? Also, not sure what breed she is. She is supposed to be a cream leg bar, but as you can see in the picture where she’s next to the dark brown chick, which is also a cream bar she definitely does not look the same as her. She does have little feathers kind of coming out by her ears, which makes me think she could be an Araucana but not sure. What do you guys think? She is also growing a lot of orange and even some black on the tips of her wing feathers.
