I'm new here & HAVE NOT read this whole thread (over 100 pages just from here(yep, I know, a pet peeve of several of you)). But when I finish reading all 100 pages, from this point on, I will not remember this post or how to find it.

Anyway, after seeing that beautiful zuke, wanted to ask if you've ever dried & powdered your zukes for long time storage. Then added it to some of your cooking or used as zucchini flour?

Just curious how it has worked. Something I want to try!

I need someone to come bake for me. It pays nothing, but it will save me from dry cereal.
Similar to my debacle. Getting around in house better, but balance & standing long enough to cook/bake, then clean up - not there yet...

So tired of dirty kithen. At this point, after hubs & daughter's efforts - whole kitchen needs a deep clean... pulling hair out!

I have a couple of pint jars of home grown/made zucchini flour in my cupboard. I haven't used it for anything yet, but I'll definitely post about it when I do.
