Are my 4 week old chicks pullets or cockerels?

Hi. I’m not really new to BYC but couldn’t log in so started a new account. I’ve been raising chickens for 35-40 years but need your help identifying the sex of my 3 new chicks. I can’t keep roosters so need two of them to be female so that one isn’t alone. They are two Buff Orpington and one Barred Rock. If I only have one pullet, I will need to exchange the two males for pullets ASAP so they can integrate easier. I have four one year old hens and they are doing well with the chicks. I could go further into my set up but want to keep this post as short as possible. I will attach photos of all three and would appreciate your opinions. First photo is the BO I think maybe a pullet, the two photos inside the crate may be male and the Barred Rock may be male. Thanks

They are looking like pullets so far, but it is too early for certainty. I would repost at 8 weeks of age if it isn't obvious by then.

6-8 weeks is good.

Thanks for your reply. I heard that it's easier to introduce new chicks the same age around 3-4 weeks. That's why I thought I would want to get them now. These three already know to go up the ramp into the coop at night and can free range during the day if I'm out there to watch them. It's usually in the low 90's here in Boulder during the day. If they are all pullets, that's perfect for our flock.

They are now 8 weeks and I have two Buff Orpington left. I would like your opinion whether one is a male. They are supposed to be the same age but they look different in the comb and the tail. In one photo you can see them side by side and the last photo is the one I assume to be a pullet.
