Are these Blue Breasted Brown Leghorns?

I ordered chicks from Hoovers. Half were Brown Leghorns, and the other half were supposed to be Blue Breasted Brown Leghorns.

The chicks that were supposed to be Blue Breasted Brown Leghorns came in a mixture of Blue, Black and Splash color.

Does anyone have any experience with this color variety of Leghorn, and can confirm if that is actually what these are?

I have my suspicions these are not Blue Breasted Brown Leghorns. Any ideas what they might be if they are not?

Blue Breasted Brown Leghorns have since been removed from Hoover's website completely since ordering....

I have attached pictures of the chicks from the day I received them, and then at just over 3 weeks old.
(FYI these are all males for my breeding program)

Ya that's not what those are.

I've been working on what you're referring to as "Blue Breasted Brown Leghorns" for quite a while.
Mine didn't come from a hatchery or contain any of their blood.
I've seen them pop up occasionally and lots aren't correct. Idk where they messed up their recipe. I just don't put much stock in them being correct and any stock in Hoover's getting any right.

Mine as chicks look almost identical as brown Leghorns except the two outer stripes down there backs are a lighter bluish color.
As juveniles they should still have the juvenile duckwing pattern but with blue tint.

That is what I figured. Anyone have any idea on what breed these chicks are that hatch black, blue and splash? They are a bit larger in size with slightly smaller combs than the Brown Leghorns.

Hard to say because there's lots of breeds that come in BBS.
What color are their legs and/or bottoms of their feet?

Here are a few pictures of them today.

One of the blue and one of the splash. 4 weeks old tomorrow.

Legs appear a dark green, bottoms of feet look yellow.
