Are these Splash Silkies Cockerels?

These splash silkies are about 10ish weeks old. I’m pretty certain that both of these chicks are cockerels but I thought I would make sure before trying to rehome them. I haven’t heard either crow but they have been doing a lot of chest bumping/fighting.
