Here it is, folks! When I cracked it, it kind of shot out of the egg just like that. Super runny. Everything was pretty much pure liquid except that chunk that's shown in the shell. It was like a big chunk of tough meat.

Just for future reference (no hate, or judgment, just giving advice) while pigeons are not protected by the Migratory Bird Act, several other types of birds are (doves, songbirds, etc) which makes it illegal to be in possession of the eggs, chicks or adults.

In the future, if you find an egg just leave it in nature or bring it to your closest wildlife rehabilitator. You can receive fines as well as jail time if you're caught doing this with a protected egg/species.
