What breed(s) of horses do/did you have, and what sport(s) did(do) you engage in? Did/do you have a favorite horse and will you share a pic of it?

I currently have a 1/2 Welsh Cob x 1/2 Warmblood, a Section A Welsh Pony, & a Section B Welsh Pony.

There are many past horses! I've had mostly thoroughbreds (TB), quarter horses (QH), arabians (arab), & ponies.

My favorite horses were GoGoes (QH) & Pocket (TB).
My Favorite ponies were RJ (arab/hackney) and his mother, Mama Jo (hackney).

Since I've started riding, I've done dressage, 3-day eventing, hunter/jumper (flat classes & over fences), the Welsh circuit, and I've even done a little gymkhana. I'm also very comfortable riding bareback.

I got my first peafowl in 2009, I think.

I started with the common "India Blue" variety. @DylansMom sent me some eggs, and when they hatched, that added pied, purple pied, & black shoulder. The black shoulder was split to cameo (sex link color), so now we have cameo.

A few years ago, I bought a chick that was supposed to be a Java Green. He's in with a bunch of plain India Blue hens and India Blue Pied hens, so they produce "Spaldings".

They sound beautiful and exotic! Are they hard to care for? Do they have to be kept fully confined so they don't fly away? What sort of environment do they require?
