How many blue eggs do you usually get in a day?

No more than two, unless my EE, Twyla, will count. I have three hens who lay blue and Twyla lays a greenish-blue egg. Two of those three hens, Jasmine and Rose who are full-blooded sisters, often like to lay their eggs at the same time.

I've never tried those either... I have tried a pickerel and a small-mouthed bass that I've caught and I enjoyed them both!

How did you cook them?

The bass was on the stove with some butter, the pickerel was awhile ago so I can't remember if it was on the camp stove or over the fire.
