I had a Tennessee Walking Horse and that's my favorite to ride.
Gypsy Vanners to just look at but honestly after working with them for so many years I've learned to not really like any of them.
They all resemble work to me.
 
I am setting up my Maticoopx 20 egger and will be getting a dozen eggs tomorrow, should I get hair ties and set them veritcally or lay them on their sides? I have 4 trays, I am thinking 3 in each tray on side? These are not shipped eggs, my neighbor is collecting them now and putting in carton air sac up for now. I will walk over and get them hopefully tomorrow or Monday at latest

I've only set mine vertically and used the hair ties. I've had excellent results so that's what I'd recommend.
I haven't done it laying them down but would be hard to bet the success I've had.
