Authentic Quail Egg/ Meat health benefits

Been reading all over the internet about various benefits of quail eggs and meat. Can we have a list of scientifically proved ones?

There actually hasn't been a lot of true nutritional data proven on quail eggs. Currently there is a university either in the US or Canada doing a comprehensive study but it slips my mind exactly which one.

I wish this study had done a comparison between quail and chicken eggs with the hens fed a similar diet.
