Baby chick half hatched. Sack attached and leaking.

Baby chick found half out of egg almost dead. Umbilical cord still attached to egg. Got it out and gave water and put under heat lamp but sack still attached and leaking.

Put it back in the incubator, asap. It's too dry out.
Unfortunately, if something happens to the yolk, it's usually not going to go well.

Getting worse and more is leaking out

Should I cull it or does it still have a chance? I don’t want it to suffer
