The leg and foot are swollen and toes are dark. Could the chick have gotten injured, or could it have gotten some frostbite? Where did it come from? I might soak the foot in a small container of warm water with a pinch of Epsom salts daily.

I don't know frostbite could be an issue here in florida we are in 90's and the chicks is from hen hatch. His eyes were closed all day yesterday I gave him some water with sugar he open his eyes today he doesn't walk much.

Is he with the broody and other chicks? Perhaps he was stepped on by her. It may heal fine, but keep an eye on the dark toes. Chickens can walk and get along okay if they have missing or injured toes. Baby chick toes are especially fragile. One of our threads a couple of years ago had shipped chicks, and a couple had frostbitten toes which showed up a couple of days after their arrival. The owner had kept them inside her house under a heat light, so it had to occur in shipping. That is why I asked about where you got them.

They hatched under my hen but she started attacking and ants started getting to them so I moved them under heat lamp.
