Bad leg

Hello all. This baby is a week old. I noticed it hopping about in the brooder around a day after it hatched. It seemed to have an issue straightening it's leg or bending it. I tried splinting it overnight to give it more support. The next day, it started keeping the leg thrown back like it's stretching, hopping around on the toe tips of that foot. I've been trying to hobble it.with different methods to try to bring the leg forward. It doesn't seem to be improving and if anything, the knee area is looking like it's wanting to bend the wrong way. Advice would be appreciated

Can you bend the leg? I had one similar, this is what I did:

Yeah, after working with it a bit, I can get it to bend. I'll have to give this a try.
