Bantam breed? (Was told Easter egger)

Ok I got some pictures of one of them. And there’s a picture of him next to a little Wyandotte that’s a bit younger than him. They are about two weeks old and one of them (the one in the pictures) keeps making a kind of crowing sound. Is it too early for the roosters to start practicing crows? Thanks!

I’ve heard of chicks practicing crows as young as 2 weeks old. Their eyeliner isn’t that dark so they all look like cockerels to me. Maybe the 2nd one might be a pullet.

Thank you! And I forgot to mention the Wyandotte is a pullet. The rest of my chicks are sexed. Dose the eyeliner indicate hen or roo? I’m hoping for two hens and one rooster. I can get some close up pictures of there eyes.

In my experience, yes. I had 12 fawn silver duckwings with half that had dark eyeliner. Those 6 turned out to be pullets. Fawns are a lighter version of BBR so their eyeliner is lighter but females still darker than males.

Thank you! All there eyeliners look the same to me. Do you have any idea? This is the one that keeps “crowing”.
