How long is too long to give vitamins?
I pointed this out as you said, nutridrench in the waterer, vitamin supplement crumbles in her food, and poly vi sol without iron 1cc daily.

I agree with giving additional multi-vitamins and do that here regularly, but just caution not to overdo giving all of those. I'd back it down to one or go half doses of them all. You can give those indefinitely a couple times a week if you choose, for for the supplement in the feed, that's in there daily. We put rooster booster granules, 1/2 dose in our feed, so they're getting that every day.

After more research on this site, I decided to just go ahead and clean her ears with hydrogen peroxide to see if that helped at all, even though I didn’t see any wax buildup or pus. When I cleaned her left ear though the peroxide bubbled. Sign of ear infection? This site recommends polymixin b but we have no vet here to see chickens.

I'd still do the same treatment @Wyorp Rock posted above.

I must say she doesn't look so bad though. I've had two. One I still have and still shakes her head pretty bad, but she's a good hen, about 3 years old now. She got the E and scrambled eggs for about a month when she was a few months old, and got better, just never 100%.

Can she see well?

If you put her on something like a rubber mat where she's got traction, can she walk better?

Here is a new video of her on a rubber mat. I also clipped her nails but she still wants to put her legs out to balance herself it seems. As of now, I’ve cut back the vitamins to only B complex and E, so as not to make her sick from overdoing it.

It’s like her whole body and neck is flaccid. She still eats what I had to her (it takes a few tries for her to get it, though). I just don’t know what to do.
