I know he's a roo! Broke my heart because it was my favorite chicken but we aren't allowed to have chickens so I have to get rid of any of the ones that may tattle lol

I am new to chicken owning so I have no idea. I only assumed barred rock from the people I bought the mix of eggs from but she said she wasn't sure. I know the gold and black one in the back is a roo. But not sure about the two black and white ones?
