Barred rock rooster/Rhode Island Red hen

Hello! We also have some BR x RIR crosses. 2 roo and 2 hens. Has anyone bred these crosses to any pure or hybrid breeds? I would love to see photos. We are considering breeding those back to another RIR hen, black maran hen, white giant hen and the females to a leghorn rooster.
If anyone has photos of any of these "mutts", I would love to see them!
Thanks

Here are some pics of my BR x RIR at 4.5 weeks.

Yes they are all barred. The Cockrels’ combs are starting to turn red and the pullets’ combs are lighter. I was hoping for more red in their coloring but perhaps that will come as they get their adult coat. They are just about fully feathered and no red to be seen. All had the yellow/blonde blurb on their head when they were hatched.

Only the males will develop red leakage. The extended black from the Barred Rock is the most dominant pattern gene there is. Barred Rocks are also Silver, which is dominant over red. Only the males can express both silver and red, the females only inherited silver.

Here's a few pics. I found here on the BYC of what the cross in question will look like.

Please let me know how they turn out I have three rir hens and a barred rock rooster. I would love to see what the offspring might look like.

Hi, I am new to the forum and from what I've seen so far, this is a great place! I live in SE Oklahoma and have a flock of Barred Rocks and RI Reds. I know that when the RI rooster mates with the BR hens, I will get black sex links. Does anyone know what the outcome of the BR rooster mating with the RI hens? Thanks in advanced for all your help.
I have a few, here's a pic of a 5 week old I'm raising

Did you end up mating the barred rock rooster with the Rhode Island Hen? If so what'd you get? Are they good layers? I plan on doing the same.
