Does anyone have an idea what the black spot on my roosters wing is

It's nothing to worry about if it is scabbed up. If it starts to bleed again, put some flour or corn starch on it, but I think it will be fine. Was there some sort of scuffle or attack? I've only seen broken blood feathers when a rooster has been pounced on. But they've always been fine once the bleeding stops.

No, but recently he has started pecking himself a lot more then usual, but I checked him for lice and mites and theres nothing on his body, he also takes dust baths, eats and drinks as usual

Oh okay I see what your saying, and are you saying the mites are the black thing or are you saying that is whats causing him to peck himself

Roosters don't dust bathe near as much as hens because they watch over the flock. This would cause him to pull at his feathers. I recommend a dip in Elector psp for the whole flock. If that can't be done, a few drop of Ivermectin on the neck.
