Base of my chicken feather looks off

Where would I get either, and just to confirm, the mites are most likely whats causing him to peck at himself and that is why he lost a couple feathers and had that scab?

Elecector psp would need to be ordered online and is quite pricey but worth every penny. Ivermectin can be picked up at Tractor Supply but is not as effective. Please search some articles on this site about mite/lice treatment as I don't remember the exact dosage of Ivermectin. I only use Elector Psp now and do know it is 9ml per gallon of water. I mix up 5 gallons and bathe the whole flock twice a year with the help of my husband.

I plan on treating him this Thursday but today he just started yawning again, he’s done it in the past but only started recently,
