Best Breed for in INDOOR Chicken.........Advise Please. UPDATE

I'm wanting to get an indoor chook. I have quite a few hardy layers outside and they're quite bonded to eachother. So, I don't want to bring one of them indoors.

I was thinking of a Silkie but I can't seem to find just one in my area.

Any Advice on a good, friendly, calm breed for indoors?

Either a Silkie or a old english game bantam. OEGB are very friendly birds. I have a rooster, and is the sweetest thing. He will jump right up on you, and loves to be held and pet.
