Best Quail Dispatching Shear?

I would like to know which shears you all recommend for dispatching quail. I want them to clean cut off in one snip. I just spend $20 on these shown below but they need 2-3 snips to completely remove the head. While the quail died on first pass it didn’t cut clean off.
These worked well for splitting but not dispatching in my view.

I am not asking about different dispatching methods. Please keep this specific to the shear/clippers that will cut the head clean off in one pass.
Thank you
The ones I use are pretty similar to these. I keep a knife/scissor sharpener and I sharpen them before I do any dispatching. I also cut and pull at the same time.

To reiterate what Nabiki said, I use kitchen sheers that are probably at least 20 years old. The difference is in his sharp they are, so now I'm always sure to sharpen before dispatch, even if I don't think they need a sharpening. I also wiggle the sheers before I cut so they're under the feathers. I'd like to think this helps.

Has anyone's opinion changed since this thread started, or does anyone recommend something more purposeful?

I have a brand new pair of Victorinox kitchen shears, and I'm just a few minutes before culling a couple of roos.
