I’m not sure what’s going on with my girl, she’s been droopy, and originally her poop was milky brown. I brought her inside to keep an eye on her. It’s no longer milky and loose, but now it looks like there’s coffee grounds in it. I’ve also been monitoring my other chickens and checking and no one else has strange looking poop or acting out of the norm. This particular chicken had a sister that came with her when I got her that was showing the same symptoms and passed away after, so I’ve been watching very very closely. But while she’s been inside she’s been improving, at least until she’s back outside. Can anyone help me at all to figure out what’s going on? I want to try my best to help her.

Black spots is usually blood from somewhere in the digestive system, assuming she hasn't eaten anything that could look like that if not fully digested (blueberry skins etc). Has she been dewormed recently? In the first pic it looks like there might be some tapeworm segments.

I’m currently deworming her, I’ve only had her for about 4 months and I dont think she was dewormed before. She has a pretty great appetite and has been drinking too

What are you deworming her with and the dose?

Have you treated for Coccidiosis too? If not, then I would.

Corid can be found in the cattle section of feed stores.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days in a row as the only source of drinking water.

Photos of the hen would be good too.

What do you feed, including treats? Do you have a photo of what the feed looks like?

Update: She's doing so much better now, the black specks are gone and she's much more active. Her wings are also not drooping anymore. I kept her inside during the cold snap we had and treated her for worms. After the first dose of worm treatment she perked up within 24 hours. Thank you to everyone that responded!
