Blue legged chickens

Hi,
I was looking for chicken breeds that have blue legs. The only two that I was able to find by searching Google were Appenzeller Spitzhauben and Ameraucana. Are you aware of any others? I'm trying to prepare a list of chicken breeds I want to get in the spring. I think the blue legs are very unusual.

Bresse is a French breed .with white feathers and blue legs .also campine a breed created in Egypt you can also get the campine in blue lacing and gold lacing these are also to rare breeds.

I was looking at pics of bresse chickens and this pic was with the others. Am I seeing the chicken head displayed with the packaged chicken? Why??

Maybe it's a French thing?

On closer look, it appears the head and neck was left on the dressed chicken. Not packaged, just with a label. Strange to me.

That's horrible. Apparently they are good to eat but I wanted them for their looks only and of course eggs
