Bra incubating

I feel like this is a thread that appears every decade.

I'm getting a quail egg on Monday to try and hatch in my bra.

these are the 2 contraptions I've made to hold the egg, demonstrated with a quartz rock.

The plan is to put that egg against my chest, with a barrier of a 1 ply toilet paper to block oil from clogging the pores.

Granted, I've been known to stick a freezing chick in my bra out of desperation. Like a solo one I just yesterday tried to save from TSC (an oopsie on their part) on the drive home...
It is not comfortable. It's not easy. And it always makes me desperate for a shower.

I can't imagine having an egg in one's bra for 21 days. Sleeping? What if you roll over? Eek!

Haha yeah.. it's going to be hard. I ended up with 3, they've been in my bra for around 4 hours now, I took a 5 minute shower, popped them back in. Now I'm going to be sleeping on my back.

Day 2 of incubation is coming up at the end of today. It's been hard, but all 3 are still intact.

I haven't candled them yet, as it's really hard to candle quail eggs. I will be trying Saturday night, day 5, as that's when development becomes apparent.
