We did a bird mouth on the other coop, It came out okay but it’s not exactly flat against the top 2x4s. And it took us literally forever to get the roof done because of the angles and stuff lol. But then again it was our first time making a birds mouth and a roof like that.Of course you wouldbut no everyone builds like you do.
What is the real advantage structurally to using birds mouths vs brackets?
