Breed???

Picked up a 6 week old “jersey giant” today, purposely looking for a cockerel.
I didn’t realize until I got home he doesn’t have yellow feet, he has feathers on his legs and he has 5 points on his come not 6.
Any ideas what he could be ? I was thinking black australorp (before I saw the leg feathers) .
Also, just making sure you think he’s a rooster and not a hen.thanks!

Well, the number of comb points isn't a reliable indicator of breed, but he's most likely a black Marans. *Probably* a Marans because he isn't holding his tail up but if he grows very tall holds his tail high then he is a Langshan.
