I had a pekin duck who had wet feather a few weeks ago.Giving rooster booster weekly along with baths throughout the day she was looking good in no time.I would feel the feathers around his oil gland,Rub the feathers through your finger then rub your fingers together if it doesn't feel oily he may have a clogged oil gland which may be contributing to his problem.

I feel sorry that he is isolated from his flock though they just do so much better as a group than alone.

I checked his oil gland yesterday and the surrounding feathers and nice and oily but he's just not waterproof. I think yesterday's bath helped him abit, his downs are more fluffy today
