A couple of weeks ago one of our hens went missing and we found her under a tractor about a week ago and decided to just let her sit and hatch out the chicks herself and tonight I heard peeps.
She is a pretty feral hen and does not like people (hence her hiding not being unusual)
However she is not in a safe area, do we move her the chicks and the unhatched eggs? Do we move just the hatched chicks and raise them ourselves?

I would leave her alone. If there are unhatched eggs she will soon abandon them and the nest as she starts foraging with the hatchlings. Then you can go get rid of the unhatched eggs, or, if you prefer, gather them and try to incubate them. But don't try very long or they could explode.

PS, if she is feral as you say and you try to mess with her and the chicks, my guess is you will soon wish you hadn't, lol.
she's more like a crow than a hen lol

Thank you for the advice 🩷 for right now I've put up a chicken net around the tractor to try and keep the other hens away, so far there is at least 10 chicks 😅 so we will see how long they will stay
