Bubbles in poop 🤔

Hen had watery poop yesterday. Gave some eggs, probiotic and electrolytes today. She just pooped and it has bubbles in it. Like she ate soap?

I’m confused lol. Is this normal?

@Eggcessive she’s keeping up but looks unkempt. Nothing serious, but obviously hasn’t been preening the way she usually does. That’s why I started watching her and noticed her watery droppings.

You can usually get a fecal float if you call a vet and ask if they will do one on some fresh droppings, to look for parasite.

I did that somewhat recently, and treated for worms about a month ago. Think I should do another fecal float?

Remind me what did you use for worming? It shouldn’t be necessary to worm again if you used something effective.

I put food grade diatomaceous earth in all of the layer mash combination that I feed them everyday. I've read many times that it is a great natural wormer & kills their eggs & larvae. Had my chickens for years & never had a problem!
I won't give them medicine unless their lives depend on it & I had exhausted all natural
options.

DE doesn’t do much when it gets wet inside the digestive tract.
