Buff Orpington--Hen or Rooster 10 weeks

Hello BYCERS, we have three buff orptington chickens, all 10 weeks old. Two of them have little comb and waddle showing, but this one (see pic) has a very big (by comparison), red comb and waddle. Can you tell if it's a rooster? This morning for the first time we hear the beginning of a crow, but not a full cock a doodle do. Just a short sounding crow sound.
