I live in Connecticut and am looking to buy young live capons in the spring to raise. Does anyone know where I can purchase capons near me. Thanks

Many states have chat threads in the "Where am I? Where are you!" section of this forum. Some states have very active threads, some don't. I did not find an active one for Connecticut.

My suggestion is to contact your county extension office. They may be able to help you or maybe not. Or go to the Buy-Sell-Trade section of the forum and run an add. Make sure Connecticut and Capon are in your title so you attract the attention of the people you want.

Good luck, this request is a bit different. You may need to be creative. I could see buying male chicks from a hatchery and learning how to do it yourself or finding someone, maybe on Craigslist, to do it for you?
