Call duck Backwards in egg!!

I was assisting my baby calls to hatch today, one has made it out already and the other I have progressed with. But upon further inspection on the third egg I see after opening up the air pocket, what looks to be the egg sac! I am so confused at what to do! If this baby is backwards how am I going to give him air? Please I would appreciate some help as soon as possible.

As you can tell by the photo I can see the yolk sac, but no head or anything. It’s day 27 right now. I’m so concerned about him getting air. I’m ready to just make a hole at the top of the egg!
