Ohh yes I get it. The only thing we can’t figure out how to make is yoghurt. It just never works

I want to try yogurt greek yogurt specifically. but so far I've only made cottage cheese, ricotta, whey, buttermilk, and butter

That’s what we have been trying we’ve tried like three times now. It’s been a month or two, we haven’t had time lately. And we sell our apple butter (it makes a really good profit) and that uses our slow cooker.

Do you buy starter cultures or do you buy fresh yogurt from a farm to start yours?
