Just wondering...
I have extra cheese that i'd like to freeze, but i wont if it will taste nasty...
Anyone?

Yes you can freeze cheese. It won't change the flavor. (Well unless you leave it in the freezer for years

). Make sure it is well wrapped. Depending on the cheese it might change the texture, becoming more crumbly. Doesn't make a difference if you plan on grating it or cooking with it.

I'm totally shocked at you MFB. When I saw you posted I was sure you'd go for the cheap shot. Something like:

Redhen,

You can't cut the cheese, when it's frozen.

and I'm sure our delicate American Beauty Rose (Redhen) would never.
